I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at this family-owned motel. The owner who greeted me at the reception was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The highlight of my stay was the unexpected dinner that the owners offered, which included delicious lamb, beef, chicken kabobs, and Nahn bread. It was a generous gesture that made my experience even more enjoyable. The motel may have its drawbacks, but the kindness and generosity of the owners made up for it. I highly recommend this motel.

We were visiting family so it was convenient.
Place had a tired feel about it. Reception wasn't very good at the desk. Breakfast was adequate but could have been better, only offered green tea, coffee was lukewarm. My family phoned to speak to us and where told we weren't registered.

The motel is clean and well maintained, offering a choice of rooms. Daily room cleaning and a quiet location away from traffic noise are a plus. The proprietor is helpful and even arranged to return forgotten car keys. The spacious rooms have comfortable beds, friendly staff, and excellent Wi-Fi. A convenient one-floor layout makes it easy to access with gear.

It was located where we were traveling.
I have stayed at a number of hotels and motels and find the convenience of having a coffee machine in the room a real benefit for future stays. If you are offering a free breakfast, then having fruit, yogurt and eggs would be nice as part of the selection. We booked two rooms and it was confusing as to whether the clerk was offering us two rooms or one room with two beds. Our rooms should have been ready when we arrived and all that would be required from us is to pay for them and get the key.

The fire alarm went off during our stay, but the hotel staff quickly assured us that it was a false alarm and made sure everyone was safe. The room was clean and comfortable, and the continental breakfast had a good variety of options. I had a pleasant stay at Knights Inn.

Room is clean but very small, bed not comfortable, tv surprisingly good with plenty of channels. Breakfast is ok, not enough table (enough for ten ppl only). Hardly any room service. Location is ok, only five~ten mints driving from Hwy.

I didn't like that the person on the front desk seemed confused about my booking. She did not seem to speak English very well and kept us waiting while she called the manager which made me think there was a problem. She gave us no information as to where breakfast would be served and we could not ask her to reccomend places to eat there as it was our first visit to the muskoka area. wasn't too pleased with the communication skills.

Great location - easy access with one floor, perfect for carrying gear. Rooms are clean and well-laid out, with reliable Wi-Fi and plenty of power outlets. Appreciated the convenience of having a fridge and microwave. Self-serve breakfast allows for a quick start to the day.

Cute little motel, clean and comfortable, close to downtown and Santa's Village, plenty of parking.
Babies crying throughout the night, some rooms were dirty and not properly cleaned, issues with key cards not working properly.

The room was very clean. There was an ironing board and iron that was very helpful. We loved the waffle maker at the breakfast included in our stay.
Incense constantly burning. The staff would appear and disappear quickly to attend to needs. The ice maker didn't work.
